1. Choose a Well-Known Brand

unhealthy price competition.
2. Check Product Material: Regular
foundries provide strict material reports and casting quality assurance.
3. Genuine HT300 Material: Ensures
uniform surface and good molten iron fluidity.
4. Manufacturer Selection: Reputable
brands choose quality foundries, ensuring sufficient panel thickness, multiple
reinforcement ribs, no casting pores, and strict heat treatment to eliminate
internal stress. Surface is shot peened and primed.
5. Tolerance parameters

Cast Iron Fixture Platforms:

surface, use of HT100-150 inferior materials, mainly clay and iron slag.
2. Insufficient Panel Thickness:
Uneven thickness, few and thin reinforcement ribs, rough and unclean.
3. Poor Surface Wear Resistance:
Numerous casting pores, prone to oxidation and corrosion, obvious repair
welding marks.
4. Lack of Heat Treatment: Quick
deformation and easy breakage, poor processing accuracy.
5. Incomplete Surface Treatment**: Non-working surfaces not shot peened and simply painted, resulting in easy paint peeling.
